All our items are backed by a 12-month warranty. Our warranty will cover any manufacturing fault with the product and will also cover damage during transit.
Your warranty starts from the moment you receive your product and you do not need to register as your details are automatically processed at the time of purchase.

Warranty Process

No one likes getting a product and then having a problem, but unfortunately it sometimes does happen.That's why we've put in place processes to take the hassle out of dealing with an issue. Follow the steps below:

Troubleshoot the issue

Contact us and provide information about the problem. We'll suggest some troubleshooting steps for you to try. Make sure you send us a photo or video where appropriate as this will ensure a faster resolution. If it's not clear that there is a fault and we test it and find it works fine we may have to pass on an adminstative cost to you, so it's important to diagnose well!

Problems within 30 days of receiving the product

In this situation we'll issue you a brand new replacement. To reduce the wait, we'll send you a new one as soon as we get confirmation that the faulty unit is on it's way back to us. 

Problems outside 30 days of receiving the product

In this situation we'll arrange to repair your item or provide you with a like-for-like replacement. We'll get the faulty one back to us (at our expense) so your not out of pocket. It shouldn't take more than a few days for us to repair your item and send it back. 


We provide a refund if you contact us during the Moneyback Period. You don't need to get the item back to us during this period. We also provide Refunds as per Statutory Guidelines where your appliances has a "Major" problem but we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or for minor problems.


Sending Replacements: Will be sent as soon as we get confirmation the faulty one is being returned to us (we just need the tracking number)
Repairs: Will usually take a few business days to receive it back and 3-5 business days to repair it.
Refunds: Will usually take 3-5 business days from the time your item is received.

Let us know that you want to return your item before sending it back. You don't have to send it back within 30-days to be eligible, you just need to contact us..


You don't have to tell us why you want to return the item if you don't want to. Our Customer Happiness Gurus are always ready to assist you to take full advantage of your purchase and to improve our processes so let us know and we'll do what we can to help.

Returning your item.

In order to take up the offer you do need to send the item back at your own cost. We know that this can be expensive sometimes so we offer a Postage-paid return label for $10. We've included this label in your packaging at the time of shipping to make the process easier! This amount would simply be deducted from the refund amount.


Your refund will generally be processed within 5 business days from the time the item is received by reversing the original payment.
