- By browsing the Website, or placing an Order, You agree to these Terms and Conditions as set out below, which constitutes a legally binding Agreement between Us and You for the supply of Products.
- All prices listed on the website are listed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated
- All prices listed on the website include GST unless otherwise specified
- All prices listed on the website exclude Delivery Costs, which is shown separately in the checkout or maybe calculated from the product page
- Features and specifications of Products described or depicted on the Website are subject to change without notice
- An order is placed by following the instructiions in the checkout and is confirmed once payment is received
- Avancer reserve the right to cancel an order at is sole discertion
- In the event an order is canceled the funds will be returned via the original payment method
- The date of dispatch listed on the website is the estimated date of dispatch. Where the scheduled dispatch is delayed by more than one week, Avancer will notify affected customers.
Warranty
- All goods come with a standard 12 month warranty
- Warranty is effective from the date of receipt of the product
- Where accurate tracking information is unavailable it is assumed delivery occurs three business days after dispatch
- Warranty will not cover fault or damage caused by a customer's use or misuse of the product
- Avancer reserves the right to repair or replace any product at its sole discretion
- All warranty work is return-to-base. The customer is responsible for shipment of the item back to the designated centre and will be reimbursed for postage upon receipt of a valid tax invoice
Moneyback Guarantee
- We provide a 7-day moneyback guarantee on all products
- We will provide a full refund of the order price less initial delivery costs
- The customer is responsible for return postage to Avancer
- To be eligible for our moneyback guarantee you must email sales@avancer.com.au within seven days of receiving the product.
- Once the product is received by Avancer we will arrange for a refund via the original payment method
